UK Shipping via Royal Mail

Parcels for Uk delivery can be via Royal Mail Second Class Signed For at £4.50 Or Royal Mail First Class Signed For at £5.50.

I will endeavour to process original artwork within 2 days. Please allow 7 days for delivery of your parcel.

PLEASE NOTE: For prints, please allow 14 working days delivery, as prints are made to order.

If your order includes both original artwork and prints, I will send out as one package once prints have been processed.

International Shipping via Royal Mail

Europe - £11.50

Rest of the World - £16.00

Disclaimer: I unfortunately cannot control or be held responsible for how long your parcel will sit within customs, or if there will be any additional cost. Although parcels have made it through, with our recent global events, there have been some delays within customs for some countries.

Refunds and Returns

I truly hope you are happy with your purchase, but if you are unhappy for any reason, you have 14 days working days to arrange a return of the item(s).

Please email me with ‘return request’ in the subject of your message, detailing the items you’ll be returning and the reasons why.

If something has arrived damaged, please contact me straight away with photographs of the packaging and product. I will be happy to offer an exchange where appropriate.

If you have changed your mind please let me know within 14 days of receiving your order. Providing the goods are returned undamaged and in a sellable condition, I will be happy to provide you with a refund or exchange. I will be unable to reimburse the delivery costs of either the original purchase or the return. Where possible, products must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged and in "as new" condition.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged:

• Custom or personalised orders

• Digital downloads

• Items on sale

If the error is mine and you have received the incorrect item or your goods have been damaged in transit, I can refund postage costs for the return. In all other cases, the customer is liable for all return postage costs, and understand that they return items at their own risk. It is strongly recommended obtaining a proof of postage certificate, and additional insurance, wherever necessary, to cover the value of the goods being returned, as I cannot refund products that have become lost or damaged in the return transit.

I will process your refund or replacement as soon as possible, within 5-7 working days of receipt of the returned item.
